2. Our Services

Rooters provides professional plumbing, HVAC, and related home services, including but not limited to:

• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Drain cleaning and maintenance
• Water heater installation and repair
• HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Pipe repair and replacement
• Sewer line services
• Preventive maintenance programs

Service availability may vary by location and scheduling.

3. Booking & Appointments

When scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property details
• Ensure someone age 18+ is present during service
• Provide safe access to work areas
• Inform us of any known hazards or conditions

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments when unsafe or unreasonable conditions exist.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices are estimates. Final costs may change depending on:

• Actual site conditions
• Additional work required
• Materials used
• Unforeseen complications

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are approved in writing.

We may accept:

• Cash
• Credit/debit cards

Service call fees may apply and will be discussed before scheduling.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours notice → may incur up to a $75 cancellation fee
• Emergency service canceled within 2 hours → may be charged the service call fee

6. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work.

• Labor Warranty: 90 days on repairs
• Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranty
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We’ll work to make it right

Warranties do not cover:

• Misuse or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications
• Pre-existing damage
• Floods, storms, or other natural events

7. Property Access & Existing Conditions

By requesting service, you give our technicians permission to access required areas.

We take care to minimize damage, but some work may require opening walls, flooring, or other areas. We’ll discuss before proceeding.

We are not responsible for:

• Hidden issues discovered during work
• Aging pipes, corrosion, or pre-existing failures

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rooters is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruptions

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep areas accessible
• Obtain permits or HOA approvals when required
• Pay invoices promptly

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, images, logos — is owned by Rooters or licensed providers and may not be copied without written permission.
